Our Bowie, MD office is looking for a Permit Project Coordinator who embodies this purpose.
What You'll Do:
As a Permit Project Coordinator at Bohler, you will:
- Prepare and monitor status of various filed permit applications
- Research, understand, and provide updates of local zoning and permit requirements
- Schedule meetings, inspections, and appointments with applicable agencies or individuals
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external project teams, as well as field staff
- Maintain an organized filing management process for all electronic and paper documents

What You'll Need:
- The ability to learn quickly, along with an assertive curiosity, and a solid work ethic
- Superior customer service skills and the ability to think creatively
- Prior experience working in a construction management, engineering, or architectural capacity
- A High School diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree a plus
