Your New Role: 

• Position: Nurse Practitioner (Family, Geriatric, or Internal Medicine) 

• Job Duration: Full Time/Permanent 

• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility 

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM 

• Experience: Open to new graduates, must have an active IL license 

• Patient Population: Geriatric patients in a skilled nursing care setting

In this Role: 

As a Nurse Practitioner at one of our skilled nursing facilities west of Chicago, you will be part of a team delivering comprehensive geriatric care. You’ll work closely with APPs and collaborating physicians, managing patient care in a collaborative, process-driven environment. With a call schedule every 4th weekend and every 8th weekday evening, this position offers a balance of rewarding patient interaction and a manageable workload.
