POSITION SUMMARY
The PIM-Grant Coordinator will lead the Launch Your Career project to success and ensure all milestones are met on time and within budget. This position collaborates with Principals, CTAE Executive Director, College and Career Advisors, Business Partners, and College Representatives. The incumbent must have a working knowledge of grant operations. This is a Perkins Innovation and Modernization (PIM) Federal Grant funded position, and thereby staffed year-to-year. This position reports to the Assistant Superintendent of Strategic Improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizes the District-Level Management Team while acting as liaison to all
grant partners and staff by coordinating project dates and facilitating where
needed.
Monitors grant implementation and data collection throughout the grant period.
Creates and maintains grant reports prescribed by grant requirements.
Provides feedback to all grant partners and staff by providing PDSA Cycle
information for building organizational learning and knowledge.
All other duties, as assigned and required, in order to perform the above
services.
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS
Master's degree in educational related field required.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in CTAE instruction required.
Requires inter-division coordination; makes decisions and recommendations which affect the assigned division, but at times affects others outside of the assigned division.
GaPSC Certification at level 5 or higher in Educational Leadership required. Valid driver’s license required.
Analytical: supervisor is available to review established broad objectives; independent judgment is required to review and approve major recommendations.
Requires regular, frequent contact with internal personnel of influence and decision-making responsibility to discuss issues of moderate importance; occasionally requires contact with
officials at higher levels. Excellent interpersonal skills are required.

Responsible for multiple functions of grant supervision with a high-level accountability for effective operation and results.
Applies, recommends and implements technology concepts to improve the effectiveness of instruction and pedagogy.
Responsibility for the Welfare of Others: Frequently (several times per week).
Normal office and classroom settings (modeling, informal observations; coaching teachers; etc.). Requires frequent travel to off-site training locations and school site visits.
Light duty - On most occasions sitting at a desk or table; intermittently sitting, standing,
walking, or stooping. Light lifting or carrying; twenty (20) lbs. or less.
NOTE: This is a grade 30, 225 day position that pays for experience up to a Step 8.
