About the Job
The Performance Media Analyst is responsible for building, scaling, and analyzing our Display, Video, and Social campaigns across platforms and strategies. The Performance Media analyst is expected to gain expert level domain expertise in performance marketing, own the end-to-end execution of campaign management, and inform strategy and growth opportunities via data analysis, experimentation, and keeping a pulse on industry and channel trends.

What you'll do:
- Launch, monitor and optimize Performance Media campaigns across platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance, launch A/B tests, and deliver better outcomes for our customers
- Build and improve performance dashboards
Who you are:
- An analytical mind – quantitative degree (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences or related field) OR demonstrated analytical and technical ability
- Entrepreneurial mindset & sense of urgency and accountability
- You have strong data analysis skills and an understanding of statistics
- You are proficient in SQL
- You might know a programming language – Python, Ruby, R, etc. (a plus!)
- A team player and have the ability and desire to collaborate effectively
- Excited to relocate to Boston, or already living here! We have a hybrid work culture!
