What You'll Do
WAYB is seeking an experienced and dynamic Performance Marketing Manager to drive our online revenue and brand growth. This role will also be pivotal in optimizing our online presence, managing our Amazon marketplace strategies, and executing targeted paid media campaigns. They will play a key role in improving marketing efficiency, increasing conversion rates, and driving customer acquisition. This work will help WAYB use data-driven insights to create successful marketing campaigns and achieve sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Website Performance:
- Oversee website performance to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular A/B testing to identify and implement optimizations.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI team to ensure a seamless and engaging user journey.
- Monitor site analytics and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Amazon Marketplace Management:
- Develop and manage Amazon marketplace strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
- Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and drive growth.
- Stay updated on Amazon's latest tools and algorithms to ensure best practices are followed.
- Paid Media:
- Plan and execute all digital acquisition activities (for mobile app and website) using ads platforms including SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing, programmatic, etc.
- Work on a budget to reach maximum KPI keeping the CAC at the optimum level.
- Manage communication with multiple vendors and third-party trackers in order to achieve acquisition objectives.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Lead by example and exhibit behavior consistent with company's expectations for a department head in order to uphold WAYB culture and values
- Integrate social and environmental factors and considerations in day-to-day decision making, weighing implications alongside financial and product/consumer/market considerations; lead and inspire team members to do the same
- Support and actively participate in company and employee initiatives that reinforce and further establish the company's commitment to people and planet

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree required
- U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship required
- Proven working experience in digital marketing (Min 5 years), and extensive experience in managing in-house digital performance marketing is preferable.
- Highly proficient in using digital ads platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads
- Have experience in managing Ad Networks for acquisition campaigns.
- Have a basic understanding of organic acquisition such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Experience in setting up platform integration (for mobile app and website) with third parties (ex: Google, Facebook) for campaign set-up and tracking purposes.
- Creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage consumers the most.
- Have a good understanding of mobile attribution tools
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Being able to generate meaningful reports using tools such as Google Data Studio would be a plus.
- Experience in handling programmatic ad buying
Where We Are
This is a remote position for residents within the continental United States. This role may require some travel from time to time to effectively carry out the duties and responsibilities of the role.
