The Role: Performance Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a talented and versatile Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, blending expertise in managing marketing channels with strong analytical skills. The position will focus on growing our Paid Search (Google, Bing) efforts while also supporting analytics initiatives and new channel growth initiatives.
This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing, providing a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to high-impact initiatives that drive Amplify’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
Channel Management and Expansion:
Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Amplify’s paid search campaigns to drive high-quality leads and deliver on performance goals.
Explore, test, and launch new marketing channels to diversify and scale Amplify’s customer acquisition efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for channel expansion and optimize performance in existing channels, such as display, social, affiliates, ad networks, and video.
Partner with the creative and lifecycle teams to develop impactful ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and campaign outcomes.
Marketing Analytics:
Serve as the analytical backbone for the marketing team, providing actionable insights to improve performance across all channels.
Collaborate closely with the centralized data team to define, build, and maintain marketing dashboards and reports.
Conduct deep-dive analyses into campaign performance, customer acquisition trends, and cohort behavior to inform strategy.
Support marketing attribution efforts, ensuring accurate tracking and measurement of campaigns across all platforms.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, STEM, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and scaling paid search campaigns.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL knowledge would be a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
