Per Visit, PT Home Health, Leominster Team - VNA Care

New Per Visit Rates!

Per Visit PT Home Health: Home Health experience required.

Work any combination of days and hours: Monday -Friday between 8a-4:30p and/or Sat -Sun 8a- 4:30p or 8a-6:30p.

Territory: visits are scheduled in a tight geographic area for each day.

Towns include Leominster, Fitchburg, Lunenburg, Shirley, Lancaster, Sterling, Princeton, Westminster, Townsend, Groton, Harvard, Bolton and surrounding towns.

Experience Preferred
• Home Care experience required.
• Minimum 1 year in acute care setting or comparable work experience.
