We are currently looking for new and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA/LABA) to oversee cases within 1 or more of our ABA programs. We provide services in a variety of locations throughout Eastern Massachusetts and offer services to individuals ranging from 15 months to 22 years. About Spotlight:
The Spotlight program provides ABA services for children with ASD and other related diagnoses. The program facilitates peer-to-peer interactions through Natural Environment Training and capitalizes on organic opportunities for peer connection using an evidence-based ABA social skills curriculum. Children will not only be taught skills, but also will have to demonstrate those skills within the group via role play. Groups are formed based on the basis of age, developmental needs, interests, and social/language competency.
- Spotlight also offers insurance (ASD diagnosis required) and private-pay options; behavioral assessments; school consultations; drop-in groups; and a summer program.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
July 8th - August 16th
Will have availability to attend orientation and trainings prior to program start date.
Will work between 5-25 hours per week during this time.
As a BCBA at Northeast Arc, you'll have the responsibility of:
- Supervising, mentoring, and working closely with Behavior therapists and families in home, community, center and clinic settings
- Working as part of a dynamic and dedicated team and participating in weekly supervisory and team meetings
- Develop and monitor individual goals and strategies, analyze data to determine progress and attend IFSP and IEP meetings
- Completing initial and ongoing assessments, managing behavior plans and attending regular meetings with caregivers
Qualifications:
- Personable, motivated, creative, dependable & ready to accomplish day-to-day challenges
- Certification and MA licensure (BCBA/LABA)
- Experience working with children
- Strong creative problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
