Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate client care, including assessment, care planning, and supervision.
• Communicate effectively with families, community partners, and other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct initial client assessments and develop comprehensive care plans.

Requirements:

• Current unrestricted RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred; must be a graduate of a National League of Nursing accredited program.
• Minimum of two years of clinical or nursing experience, preferably in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility.
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Clean background and criminal record.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulatory compliance.
• Adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
• Proven ability to supervise and direct staff.
• Excellent comprehensive nursing assessment skills.
• Professional demeanor and respectful interaction with clients, staff, and the public.
