Per Diem Optometrist - Family Health Centers of San Diego

Responsibilities:

• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Adhere to policies, including credentialing and CME requirements.
• Maintain productivity of 2.74 patients per hour.
• Participate in administrative duties and other assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Board certified in specialty.
• Graduate from an accredited medical school.
• Current unrestricted Physician and Surgeon license in California.
