Position Summary:
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide and direct all aspects of quality patient care, including evaluation and treatment, treatment planning, goal setting, family education, and documentation according to federal and state guidelines and in accordance with facility standards and policies. Serves as a patient and rehabilitation advocate for current prospective patients, to all internal and external customers. Participates in quality assurance and customer service activities.
Education and Licensure:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to fulfill each essential duty with a strong degree of professionalism. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Qualifications

• This position requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills
• Graduate of an approved curriculum in Occupational Therapy
• Working knowledge of Medicare and other payor sources
• Is in good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
• CPR Certification, as required for license renewal
• State Mandate, Covid-19 vaccination required
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
