Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a PeopleSoft HCM Functional.
Position type: Contract.
Duration: 12+ Months
Location: San Carlos, CA - Onsite
As a PeopleSoft HCM Functional, you will:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Primary Skills- 9.1 to 9.2 PeopleSoft 'Upgrade' experience
- Secondary Skills- Core modules of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 -NA Payroll, Time & labor, Recruitment, Base Benefits.
- Minimum 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 / 9.2 -NA Payroll, Time & labor, Recruitment, Base Benefits implementation, Support, and development
- Resource should be proficient in core modules of PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 -NA Payroll, Time & labor, Recruitment, Base Benefits.
- Resource having exposure on PeopleSoft application Upgrade HR 9.1/9.2 will be a plus point.
- Experience in other modules like – Core HR, Self Service.
- Resource should have PeopleSoft technical expertise around-40%.
- Having experience on Integrations and AWE is must and PeopleSoft Functional expertise around -60%.
- Resources having exposure on PeopleSoft financials 9.1 will be a plus point.
- Good Communication, Problem solving and Analytical skills.
- Experience in working on global projects and is able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and should be able to do the and customer facing role.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $60- $65 Per Hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
