Peoplesoft Functional Lead Sr
For this position, we’re looking for someone who is motivated, experienced IT professional to join the Enterprise Application Services Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an IT professional to join an exceptionally skilled team and contribute to critical statewide initiatives.
Position Description:
Understands Agile values and principles and can guide and coach teams, and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices
Ø Provide support to the Product Owner and Development Team, and lead by example. You should personify Scrum and Agile values
Ø Guide and coach delivery teams to self-organize and achieve objectives, without assigning or dictating the work Mobilize new teams, in partnership with and Agile coach, to Agile practices and values.
Ø Facilitate all Agile ceremonies efficiently to help team realize the value of the meetings.

- Proficient in Oracle/Peoplesoft development tools: Application Designer, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, SQR, Shell Scripting, Data Mover; and Oracle database management: Query tuning, development, PL/SQL; Application Change Assistant and Image development life cycle.
- Proficient in Peoplesoft HCM Module.
- Working knowledge of front-end development languages including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
- Extensive experience querying databases and optimizing queries. Proficient in enterprise development and data warehousing life cycles.
- 6+ years’ experience as a developer working on complex systems.
- Advise Management on administrative and operating problems pertaining to system administration and management
- Collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure development, configuration and implementation is consistent with user specifications and perform follow-up as require
