Important Note: Position will be remote. Candidates must relocate to Texas before the start date.

Job Description:

The Worker(s) will provide the following services:

Our client currently uses PeopleSoft FSCM v9.2 as its Financial system. Client uses the following modules: Asset Management, Billing, Contracts, ePro, GL, Inventory, Payables, Purchasing, Receivables, Strategic Sourcing, and Commitment Control. Client uses an Oracle database and AIX servers. Client is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to support IT projects. Work involves updating and migrating a 20-year-old legacy system from a mainframe environment to a more robust PeopleSoft-based solution. Assists in

the design and development of PeopleSoft application based on business requirements. Experience with developing bolt-on solutions for PeopleSoft needed. Responsible for understanding requirements, designing, developing, testing, and implementing new and custom modules. Requires a thorough understanding and hands-on experience

with PeopleSoft Finance version 9.2 and PeopleTools. Worker(s) will augment Client’s PeopleSoft technical and functional team. Performs other duties as assigned to maintain IT operations.

Minimum Requirements:

Years Skills/Experience

4-7 Experience implementing/upgrading/maintaining PeopleSoft ERP systems

5 Technical support to implement, upgrade or maintain PeopleSoft Finance version 9.2 and PeopleTools version 8.57 or above, including Application, Data Mover Scripts Engine, Component Interface, Unix, BI Publisher, Events and Notifications, and SQR

5 Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities

5 Communication, analytical and interpersonal skills at all levels

2 Strong technical writing skills

4 Implementing/upgrading or maintaining a Client PeopleSoft Finance system: Workforce Reporting, Accounting, and Procurement System (WRAPS) at the Client, or Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) at the Comptroller of Public Accounts

2 Experience collecting technical requirements and designing appropriate software solutions
