What we are looking for…
A People + Talent Coordinator who will be responsible for developing and executing upon detailed project plans for strategic human resources projects with clear identification of resources, dependencies, risks and milestones. Projects may include any range of human resources functions, from talent acquisition to learning & development. The ideal candidate is excited to join a team of talented HR generalists and passionate about contributing to cross-functional projects to support a global hospitality workforce of 450+ contributors.
What you’ll do...
- Serve as primary point of contact for benefits administration. Experience with this aspect of the role is required and we will only consider candidates who have experience working with benefits. ADP experience is strongly preferred.
- Advise and collaborate with People & Talent team to understand & develop projects related to employee lifecycle, employment engagement, and learning & development.
- Contribute to talent acquisition including managing applicant tracking system (ATS), reviewing resumes, conducting candidate interviews, and preparing offers.
- Develop and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization’s human resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Create and manage project plans and collaborate with teams to ensure project deliverables and completion dates are met.
- Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the team processes by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase strategic output, drive efficiency and enhance our technical capability.
- Support with ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll bring...
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
- 2 years of experience in human resources or related experience
- 1+ year of experience with benefits administration including open enrollment is required
- Familiarity with HRIS such as ADP Workforce Now is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with ticketing software such as FreshWorks or JIRA is nice to have but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite or related software.
- Ability to quickly learn our systems and tools
- Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees
- Experience working in hospitality or short-term rentals a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and in often ambiguous environments
- Passion for working with cross-functional teams and internal & external stakeholders
