Position Overview

We're seeking a dedicated People Systems Manager to support and enhance our internal HR systems and services, catering to our specialized organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
System Maintenance: Oversee and ensure the optimal functioning of our internal People information services systems, including database management, customization, development, and upgrades.
Database Management: Maintain internal database files, ensuring integrity and security, and managing backup files.
Software Implementation: Install, implement, modify, and upgrade software and applications to meet evolving business and technology requirements.
Technical Support: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, training, and guidance to users.
Collaboration: Work closely with leadership and the People Team to identify areas for improvement in existing systems, recommending and implementing solutions.
User Management: Manage permissions, access, and system settings for People Services users.
Customization: Develop custom functions and documentation, such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the lead representative and liaison between the People Team, external vendors, and other stakeholders for database design and implementation projects.
Compliance: Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of trends and developments in data management, security, HR technology, and HRIS applications, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience in People Systems, with at least 5 years of experience with ADP WorkForce Now and/or WorkForce Management.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Human Resource Management preferred.
Certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CPP, or FPC certifications preferred.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify root causes and address data integrity issues.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products.
Innovation: Desire to innovate and improve processes through automation and workflow management.
Time Management: Ability to work effectively in a time-sensitive environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams.
Supervisory Responsibility: Yes
Work Environment
This role operates in a clerical, office setting, utilizing standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
Physical Demands
While primarily sedentary, some physical abilities may be required.
Position Type and Hours
Full-time position, with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and shifts may vary according to business needs.
