The People Operations and Safety Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and efficient workspace, managing training programs, and supporting operational excellence across our team and facility.

What you'll do:
- Develop, implement, and maintain structured safety and training programs tailored to aerospace manufacturing needs, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards
- Create and update safety and operational training materials, emphasizing manufacturing processes, tool usage, and emergency preparedness
- Manage administrative tasks, including tracking training completion, scheduling sessions, and generating performance reports to ensure program effectiveness
- Facilitate hands-on training for aerospace manufacturing tools, equipment, and procedures, working closely with production and engineering teams
- Conduct safety inspections, incident investigations, and compliance reviews to maintain a safe and efficient workspace
- Collaborate with People Operations and team leads to streamline onboarding, offload administrative tasks, and support cross-departmental initiatives
- Provide regular updates on safety metrics and training program improvements to ensure continuous compliance and operational excellence
What you'll bring:
- 2+ years of experience in safety, training, or a related field in a manufacturing/hardware environment
- Bachelor's in business, HR, Safety, or a related field preferred
- Exposure to OSHA standards, manufacturing safety protocols, and best practices for hardware and tool-related operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with safety reporting tools
