Job Description As a People Ops Analyst contractor, you will play an integral part in delivering operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for core employee lifecycle transactions from Hire to Retire. This role will partner closely with the HR Business Partners to ensure all employee matters, from onboarding, to job changes and terminations are addressed and resolved in an efficient and expeditious manner. You will be viewed as the subject matter expert on the use of HR systems, HR processes and HR Policies. The People Ops Analyst is learning agile, creative and able to deal with ambiguity. You are not afraid to challenge the status quo. People Ops Analyst Responsibilities: - Provide transactional support to HR Business Partners as it relates to employee matters
- Onboarding: Partner closely with Recruitment team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for the new hire as it related to systems and documentation. Assist in following up as needed to ensure all required information is received in a timely manner and entered accurately.
- Job Changes: Coordinate with HR Business partner the movement of employees into new positions, locations, or managers. Ensure all aspects of the change are addressed and accurately reflected in all HR systems.
- Terminations: Work closely with HR Business partners and key stakeholders to process both voluntary and involuntary terms. Ensuring all stakeholders are informed, HR Systems are updated, and data is accurately sent downstream. Ensure employee employment activities are properly and accurately closed out.
- General Employee Support: Serve as the one point of contact for HR Partners to forward any employee related matter to. Escalate as needed and bring to resolution in a timely manner. This includes employee relations issues including participation in internal investigations and providing recommendations for resolution
- Respond to and resolve increasingly complex, sensitive and confidential issues.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for HR Data Management, programs, policies and processes.
- Identify and recommend methods to update, simplify and enhance processes, procedures.
- Act in a consultative and project management role to support definition and implementation of HR programs such as large onboarding or off-boarding projects.
- Provide input into appropriate metrics and reports around compliance, performance, and data analytics. Accountable for the timeliness and accuracy of employee and HR core data including position management and recruiting status.
- Partners with HR Operations (Total Rewards, HRIS, and Payroll) and Talent (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management) to ensure life cycle transactions are managed in an organized and consistent manner using proven tools and assessments.
- Manage the delivery of cyclical programs to business clients ensuring consistency across HRBPs
- Perform ad hoc projects: use analytics to guide your work, be comfortable challenging convention, and in some cases, reinvent how work is done.
- Partner with HRBP team to ensure consistency of approach, message, and execution using proven tools in line with competency model.
- Lead and/or Support special projects.
Employee leave management support and guidance responsibilities: Support provided will be directed by the client and may include (but is not limited to): - Oversee the client's leave email in-box. Respond to employee questions about leave,
- disability, and parental leave.
- Schedule phone calls with employees to outline how the leave will work and coordinate with the various pay components.
- Manage on average 25 30 leaves during a given semi-monthly pay period, in multiple

- On a semi-monthly basis, prepare the client's comprehensive payroll leave file.
- Work with TPA, employees, and HRBPs in the management of on-going leave cases, and address escalations.
- On a semi-monthly basis, prepare notification reports that are sent to stakeholders within the organization.
- Coordinate Return to Work Activities, which may include collecting and reviewing requests for accommodation paperwork.
- Oversee and prepare semi-monthly FFCRA Leave reports.
