SUMMARY
The Education and Learning Intern will support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, learning and development, and organizational culture. This position provides hands-on experience in planning and executing engagement initiatives, developing training and educational materials, and contributing to strategies that drive organizational effectiveness. The intern will also collaborate on projects to evaluate the impact of engagement programs and assist in aligning these efforts with the organization's strategic goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist in the design, development, and facilitation of training and educational programs for employees.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Collaborate on evaluating the effectiveness of engagement and development programs through surveys, data analysis, and feedback collection.
- Research and recommend best practices in organizational development and engagement.
- Participate in developing communications to promote organizational initiatives and resources.
- Assist in the creation of resources and tools to support managers in fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Contribute to organizational development projects, such as succession planning, career pathing, and culture-building activities.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Junior or senior, majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3.0 GPA in major field of study
- Experience with or interest in designing and delivering training programs.
- Prior involvement in event planning, team activities, or engagement initiatives is a plus.
- Familiarity with survey tools or data analysis is an advantage.
- Demonstrated interest in building positive workplace environments and driving employee development.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Project management skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Creativity and initiative in developing innovative solutions.
