About the Job
Join a dynamic Human Resources team as a People Analytics Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven decisions that enhance our workforce strategies. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead the charge in establishing and refining our People Analytics function.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to develop and implement comprehensive people analytics strategies that drive informed decision-making and optimize talent management practices.
Build and manage HR dashboards and scorecards to track critical metrics, uncover trends, and provide actionable insights across various HR functions.
Enable self-service and ad-hoc reporting capabilities, empowering leaders with timely and relevant data.
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for analytics evolution, transitioning from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive analytics.
Aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality while presenting findings in compelling visual formats.
Serve as the subject matter expert on HR data, integrating insights to support initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle.
Oversee data collection and management processes, identifying opportunities for process enhancement and automation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in people analytics within HR settings.
Certification in HR Analytics or Business Intelligence is a plus.
Proven track record in developing and implementing analytics strategies.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data interpretation and visualization tools.
Experience with Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and influence decision-making processes.
