360 Health & Wellness Services is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team! As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, you will be part of a growing team that aims to help our patients reach their individual goals for a variety of pelvic floor muscle conditions using a holistic approach.

- Performing initial and ongoing patient assessments.
- Providing timely and accurate documentation using Jane.
- Interpreting assessment and diagnostic data.
- Ensuring referring physician orders are completed in a timely manner.
- Providing educational instruction to patients and their families as needed.
- Collaborating with physicians, chiropractors, midwives, doulas, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants in the community.
- Having an active social media presence to promote the profession of pelvic floor physical therapy.
To be eligible for this role, you must have the following:
- Doctorate in physical therapy.
- Licensed to practice in the state of Texas.
- Have active Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification (CPR or BCLS).
- Preferably have one year of pelvic floor physical therapy experience, or levels 1 and 2 of pelvic floor therapy coursework taken through the APTA or Herman & Wallace.
Our current need for a pelvic floor therapist can be flexible. We are looking for consistent PRN, contract work, or part-time therapist that can quickly grow into a Full Time Position with leadership opportunities and other benefits. To be considered for this position.
