Responsibilities:
- Work on debugging, developing, and maintaining applications built on the Pega 8.x platform
- Write code in Python to develop and support utilities
- Test and debug the applications
- Deploy applications on the servers
- Coordination with the project manager to ensure that the business architecture meets the customer's needs
- Monitor the performance of the applications and make necessary changes
- Bring company databases, legacy software, and online services together
- Troubleshoot application problems, code errors, and bottlenecks
- Perform system performance tests
- Keep the privacy of all system programs intact
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of SPLUNK search processing language (SPL)
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on AML policy and standards experience
- Understanding of coding languages such as Javascript, Angular JS
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence; able to appropriately convey ideas, concerns, and opinions across differing levels of organization and build relationships
- Proactive and self-motivated, able to manage competing priorities; make timely and fact-based decisions
- Highly organized and can demonstrate a bias for action and a commitment to achieving sustainable results
- Intellectually curious; constantly seeks to learn and advance knowledge
- Results-driven with attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills in a global and regional setting
- Demonstrate strong risk orientation; challenge status quo and is passionate to drive change.
- Pega / PegaRules Process Commander PRPC
Desired skills:
- Advanced understanding of Pega 8.x, preferably hold PEGA System Architect Certification
- Advanced SPLUNK SPL Skills to develop actionable insights into production logs
- Knowledge of Python, packages, and modules to develop reusable utilities
- Knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and XML.
- Outstanding project management abilities
- Capability to handle difficult software problems
- ACAMS certification
