Join our supportive and collegial teams of physicians and advanced care practitioners who enjoy work/ life harmony while providing high quality Pediatrics care. **Job Description:** + Outpatient Pediatrics role including office consults, follow up appointments, and more + 20-22 patients per day, on average + Large, built-in Primary Care and specialty network You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. **Required Qualifications:** + BE/BC in Pediatrics + Unrestricted WA state license or ability to obtain prior to start + Current DEA or ability to obtain prior to start + EMR Proficient - EPIC preferred + Open to 2024 residents **Washington Residents Only** : The salary range for **Washington** residents is $212,020.00 to $297,800.00 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
