Inspire Physical Therapy is a growing pediatric private practice located in Beaverton, Oregon. We are family-owned, therapist-driven, patient and community-centered practice since 2016. Inspire PT prides ourselves on individualized 1:1 physical therapy treatments catered to the specific needs of each patient. We specialize in assessing and working with families of newborns/toddlers, as well as treating orthopedic and sport related injuries for adolescents and young athletes. Inspire Physical Therapy is currently seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our pediatric physical therapy team on a part-time basis, supporting children and adolescents. If you are passionate about working with children and their families, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Independently conduct comprehensive orthopedic evaluations and assessments for children and adolescents (5 to 18 years of age) using standardized testing and clinical observations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient's functional potential or previous level of functioning based on clinical findings.
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, range of motion, and age-appropriate tasks.
- Provide 1:1 therapy session, ensuring a focused and personalized approach to rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and establish home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and adjustments to treatment plans.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in pediatric physical therapy and implement evidence-based practices.
- Foster a positive and inclusive therapeutic environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.
- Establish and set short-and long-term goals.
- Educate and train parents/caregivers to support each child's therapy journey.
- Participate in community engagement, marketing and social media campaigns.
- Work in the community with providers with educational and resources.
- Occasional contributions to social media and community events.
Qualification Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in physical therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Oregon
- Valid CPR Certification
- Knowledgeable with prompt EMR medical information system, a plus
- Experience in a clinic setting and familiarity with assessment tools and techniques
- Pediatric experience is required with either clinical, athletic training, coaching, or other pediatric position

Physical Requirements: Standing for long periods of time, repetitive movements, lifting various sized weights (up to 25-pounds), sitting on the floor, bending/squatting.
Compensation: The expected hourly rate for this position is $40.00 to $50.00. Inspire Physical Therapy considers a variety of factors when determining compensation, including experience and qualifications.
Schedule:
- Three to four hours per day starting at 3pm, two to three days a week.
- One Saturday / month required.
