Pediatrician - Partners In Pediatrics & Family Health

We are looking for a full-time or part-time pediatrician to join our team at Partners In Pediatrics and Family Health (PIPFH).

What doing a great job will look like:

• Seeing an average of 22-25 patients a day.
• Build a full patient panel.
• Providing excellent care and great customer service for our patients so much, so they ask for you by name.
• Contributing positively to our great office culture.

We will help you do a great job by these trainings through The PIPFH Training Curriculum

• How to see 22-25 patients a day and leave with no charts open, so you finish work at work.
• How to prep charts, so you are efficient with your patient encounters.
• How to maximize your billing, so you generate maximum revenue for the work you do.
• My signature method for examining babies and young patients for maximum cooperation.
• How to quickly build rapport with a patient and the family that earns you 5-star reviews.

Dr. Obidi is the founder and CEO of Partners In Pediatrics and Family Health which was founded in 2014 after taking over and continuing the legacy of a practice in the same location for over 30 years.

He has led the practice to double its size over the past 9 years including stewarding the practice through the COVID pandemic without losing any team members or slashing hours drastically.

He is passionate about his team and developing their potential. He also loves all things newborns and is the founder and CEO of Newborn Prep Academy where he produces educational content for new and expecting moms and families (www.newbornprepacademy.com)
