Pediatrician Benefits:
- Compensation: $296,000 - $300,000
- Sign On/ Retention Bonus: up to $30,000 negotiable
- Relocation Assistance: $7,000 -$15,000
- Housing Stipend: 6 months
- Type: Full-Time

Pediatrician Requirements: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- California license
- Current DEA Certificate and CPR card. Maintain adequate certification updated.
- Graduation from an accredited medical school.
- Extensive knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of a branch of medicine
Essential Functions:
- The Pediatrician provides comprehensive healthcare for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults, ensuring the highest quality of care.
- Monitoring growth and development,
- Diagnosing and treating common childhood illnesses and injuries,
- Managing chronic conditions, and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and the healthcare team to develop and review policies for Federal program patients.
- Key duties include prescribing medications, consulting specialists as needed
- Adhering to medical ethics,
- Actively participating in staff meetings to improve clinic operations.
- The Pediatrician supports the implementation of patient-centered medical home (PCMH) processes, facilitates audits for compliance with regulations, and serves as a preceptor for medical and advanced practice students. They rotate between health clinics as required and contribute to team huddles to enhance care coordination.
