The successful candidate in this position will:
Be able to tactfully communicate with internal staff for purposes of assigning work duties, coaching; counseling and other duties as assigned by manager;
Display a positive attitude and lead by example;
Be resourceful, admit when he/she doesn’t have the answer, but know who to go to for help;
Build trust with staff at all levels by following through on commitments, acting in an honest manner and keeping the Health Center and our patients’ care at the center of focus.
Critical thinking and analytical skills to analyze data, identify meaningful information and resolve problems.
Ability to work with, develop, and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
Strong orientation to patient care in accordance with the Health Center's values.
Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information, with appropriate discretion.
Required Education & Other Credentials:
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Experience: Must possess a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory or team lead nursing role. Bilingual preferred.
Certification/Licensure: Current Registered Nursing license to practice in the state of Massachusetts is required; as well as certified in CPR/BLS.
Software/Hardware: Experience working with electronic health records is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
