Pediatric Speech Pathologist - PRN - Tower Health

About the Job
- Evaluates Outpatient Pediatric patients referred for appraisal of speech, language, voice, fluency, and dysphagia, carry out therapy, as appropriate, communicate results to patients, parents and other professionals, and participate in various Hospital or Community related activities.
- Evaluates, plans and implements treatment programs for referred patients according to accepted principles and practices of Speech Therapy.
- Supports all programs in the Rehabilitation Continuum.
- Maintains working relationships with Hospital leadership, physicians, nurses, case managers, social workers, allied health professionals, ancillary services, and hospital support personnel.
- Supervised by and reports to Therapy Manager or Senior Therapist.
- Supervises assistants, aides, and students.
- Schedule: As needed hours Monday-Friday; PRN; 120 hours/calendar year required (no weekend or holidays)
- Salary is $55.00/hour

- ASLHA Clinical Competence Cert in Speech Language Pathology
- PA Speech Language Pathologist License
- BLS Certification within 60 days of hire
