Role Overview:
- Seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow to join our dynamic team.
- Provide comprehensive therapy services to children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments of clients with various challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy services for a wide range of disorders.
- Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid DORA license.
- Willingness to work with clients across various age groups and diagnoses.
- Availability to work after school hours.
Job Type:
- Full-time, in-person.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts, no weekends unless you would prefer weekend shifts!
Loyalty Bonus Terms:
- After 1 year: Receive a $2,000 loyalty bonus.
- After 2 years: Receive an additional $2,000 loyalty bonus.
- If you voluntarily leave or are terminated for cause after receiving the one-year $2,000 loyalty bonus but before completing two full years of employment, you will be required to repay the full amount of the $2,000 one-year bonus within 30 days of your departure or termination date. Similarly, if you voluntarily leave or are terminated for cause within one year after receiving the two-year $2,000 loyalty bonus, you will be required to repay the full amount of the two-year $2,000 bonus within 30 days.
