Pediatric Prophy Licensed Dental Assistant - Children's Clinic - Dental Associates Minnesota

We currently operate three dental practices, serving patients throughout the metro area. Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Dental Assistant. This position is located at our Children's practice in Savage, MN which serves children and young adults.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for dentistry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year doing pediatric prophies. Responsibilities include assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing and sterilizing instruments, taking x-rays, and providing patient education. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities:

Provide pediatric cleanings, take x-rays, and place sealants
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
Maintain patient records and charting.
Provide patient education and instruction on proper oral hygiene techniques.
Other dental records as directed by the dentist.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Mon: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Tue: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Wed: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Thu: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
