We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist PRN to join our team in Lubbock, TX. This role involves providing therapy services to children in an afterschool setting, focusing on enhancing their developmental skills and overall well-being.Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to determine children's needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals

Monitor and document progress of each child

Provide guidance and support to families

Requirements:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

Current Texas OT license

Experience with pediatric populations preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexible hours
