Job Details
- Managing OASIS admissions, recertifications, and creating 485s
- Coordinating care with interdisciplinary team members
- Providing skilled care such as wound care and medication management
- Supervising home health aides for pediatric cases
- Working with newborns, pre-term, autistic, and developmentally disabled pediatric patients
- Maintaining open cases and ensuring proper documentation
