We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist to work 1 day per week (Thursdays).  Additional days may be available if provider is willing to work in second location.

• DDS/DMD from an accredited Dental School
• Certificate from an accredited US Pediatric Dental Residency Program
• Active Dental License in the state of NY
