As a PDR Trainer/Heavy PDR Tech, you will have the opportunity to work at our inspection center as a PDR expert. You will be responsible for conducting and inspecting the heaviest Paintless Dent Repair during our reconditioning process, and teaching others PDR techniques.

Day-to-Day Snapshot
Performing and inspecting heavy PDR services on vehicles for dents up to basketball size (mostly hail repair)
Reskining body panels
Serving as a point of contact for the Cosmetic Department and helping to train others on PDR techniques
Communicating effectively across zones/departments to support production and assisting in issue resolution
Working on a variety of vehicle tasks for extended periods
Reporting any safety issues or accidents to management
Traveling to other inspection centers with high needs to repair vehicles and train teammates
Other tasks as needed
Show us What You've Got
Minimum 5-7 years of PDR experience and strong expertise in the craft
Minimum 5 years of preventative maintenance
Ability to travel up to 40% as needed

General Qualifications and Requirements
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools - must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
