Position Summary:

The Occupational Therapist II provides a full range of occupational therapy services including evaluation, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning. This position may be hired as an OT I or OT II

Required Qualifications:

• Occupational Therapy License or proof of eligibility from California Board of Occupational Therapy
• Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a licensed occupational therapist (required for OT II)
• Minimum 2 years experience as a licensed occupational therapist with the ability to evaluate and treat three (3) or more types of patient conditions (i.e. CVA, SCI, TBI, Peds, burns, hand injury)
• If assigned to work with infants and children aged 0 to 21, CCS paneling/approval will be required within one year of hire if qualified for CCS paneling requirement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
