PCB Process Engineer - Ultimate Staffing Services

Permanent Position

Monday through Friday 7AM-4PM

$85,000-$95,000, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to read technical prints and understand assembly techniques for through-hole, SMT, and mixed technology.
• Proficient in electronics and PCB knowledge.
• Experience collaborating with diverse technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with PCB insertion equipment, manual insertion techniques, wave soldering, and PCB cleaning processes.
• Knowledge of SMT production equipment is essential.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant experience as an Associate Manufacturing Engineer.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in PCB assembly, including through-hole, SMT, or mixed technology.
