End User/ PC Technician
Roswell, GA
Contract
Onsite
Technical will work on-site with End User Services Team (aka - PC Support/Repair team).
Technical will support End Users in a Remote and Onsite support model.
Responsibilities will include:
- Build/Image Notebooks/Desktops (with specific work instruction)
- Hardware Inventory Management (receive hardware, count stock)
- Prepping equipment for deployment or retirement (Formatting Hard drives, sorting stock, testing of older equipment)
- Deployment of New End User Hardware (laptops, desktop, accessories)
- OS Supported: Windows, Linux, MacBook (iOS)
- Troubleshoot Hardware and Operating System Issues
- Work from a Ticket Based System
- OS Supported: Windows, Linux, MacBook (iOS)
Technical needs to be able to
- Interacting with End Users in a professional and courteous manner
- Adapt quickly to change in workload priorities
