Job Title- PC LAN Technician 1
Location- Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Duration- 10+ Months Contract with potential for extension
Shift Time: 8 AM to 5 PM (MST)
Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, desktop remote control tools, help desk ticketing systems, and networking protocols.
• Knowledge of personal computing hardware and software, local area networks, and peripherals essentials.
• Experience creating images for laptops and desktops using various tools.
• Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and resolve fundamental technical problems.

• Three (3) years of related experience in computer/network maintenance, desktop support, troubleshooting Windows 10 environments, or application support.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Arizona driver’s license
