Job Description:
We are seeking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Tax Specialists to join our team. This role focuses on managing payroll tax-related registrations and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with state, local, unemployment, and federal tax regulations. The ideal candidates will excel in reconciling tax payments internally and managing administrative duties with efficiency.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle payroll tax-related registrations, including state, local, unemployment, and federal tax processes.
• Perform administrative tasks associated with payroll tax compliance and documentation.
• Reconcile tax payments internally to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain up-to-date tax registration records and support audits.

 Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll tax roles.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use advanced formulas for data analysis and reconciliation.

Education: Associate's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
