About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Supervisor. In this role, you will oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. You will supervise and mentor the payroll team, address employee inquiries, and ensure payroll is processed in accordance with deadlines.
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 and full benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the payroll team
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly/monthly payroll
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries
- Assist with audits and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
- Provide training and support to payroll staff
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in payroll administration, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant laws/regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
