The Payroll Supervisor supervises the payroll team and ensures all employees are paid accurately on-time and in compliance with government regulations for our multi-state organization. They are a subject matter expert for all things related to payroll. With the Payroll & HRIS Manager the Payroll Supervisor works to create a vision for the payroll team and implement strategies that support the goals for Human Resources and the company. Provides effective leadership, mentoring and guidance to team members to accomplish functional responsibilities. Additionally, this position is focused on identifying opportunities for payroll process improvements.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: · Extensive working knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes. · Current knowledge in the preparation and filing of payroll tax and other requisite forms.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or equivalent work experience.

Pay $90,000 to $105,000 DOE
Hours: Min 45/week (M-F 7-4 ish)
