Payroll Specialists at Creative Financial Staffing

We are seeking a full time Payroll Specialist for a firm in the hospitality industry that has nearly 100 locations and plans to grow to over 120 in a few years. You will be responsible for generating payroll for over 1500 employees and the role will be generating payroll on a bi weekly basis for hourly as well as salaried employees in multiple states. There is a history of people being promoted in this organization as well!

• Audit electronic timekeeping records
• maintain payroll records and entry of new hires
• follow up on payroll related items with HR and finance department
• working with our outsourced provider and any experience with some outsourced payroll system is preferred
• The Payroll Specialist will review bi weekly system generated audit reports
• work alongside the Benefits Administrator for changed or deduction changes
• work on federal , state, local tax inquiries
• process garnishments
• looking for 1 year of generating payroll from a mid to large corporation
