Position Overview
Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist for a temporary position lasting 3 to 6 months. This part-time (25 hour a week) role, located in Livermore, offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and support the payroll process for approximately 500 employees.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on payroll processing using Kronos and ADP systems.
- Check and correct errors to ensure accurate payroll runs.
- Assist with approvals and double-checking for errors, supporting the lead payroll processor.
- Maintain and manage Kronos Time Management and ADP Workforce Now (WFN) systems effectively.
- Work closely with the payroll team to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Kronos Time Management and ADP WFN.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a part-time schedule.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing payroll processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
