Essential Functions:
- Accumulate payroll data from various departments and calculate hours worked when needed.
- Create payroll account codes and track.
- Review payroll data for accuracy, verify entered payroll data, and transmit payroll.
- Communicate with managers and resolve missed hour tracking and individual payroll issues.
- Review, update, and confirm employee change requests.
- Manage paid time off and leave tracking.
- Terminate employees in the payroll system.
- Audit benefit provider premiums collected and remittances paid.
- End-to-end payroll processing, including hourly, salaried, and union employees.
- Accurate entry and maintenance of employee records and payroll data.
- Generating payroll and financial reports for audits or management review.
- Reconcile payroll with accounting records and resolve discrepancies
- Address payroll errors or emergencies, such as issuing corrections or off-cycle payments.
- Analyze payroll data for trends in overtime, absenteeism, or compliance risks.

- Experience with Union Employees a plus
- A minimum of a Highschool diploma or GED equivalent and 3 years of successful payroll experience
- Proficient PC skills in CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems- Produce Pro, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and common E Mail systems.
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday (Must be willing to work weekends and additional hours as needed to meet business demands)

Compensation:
- $22.00 - $27.00/hour
