The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a professional Payroll Manager to join a prestigious DC law firm. The Manager will oversee the multi-state and international payroll process, stay up to date with payroll regulations and tax laws, and prepare reports. Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee payroll for domestic and international offices
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and tax laws
- Prepare reports and maintain payroll records
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and tax departments to ensure payroll deductions are up to date
Qualifications Include:
- 5+ years of payroll administration experience, law firm experience preferred
- Certified Payroll Professional certificate or Fundamental Payroll Certificate required
- ADP and Workday experience strongly preferred
- Experience with multi-state payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance
- Knowledge of international payroll processes
- Professional communication skills and excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
