JOB SUMMARY
You are a crucial member of the Human Resources department ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on-time. In addition to processing semi-monthly payroll, you will prepare payroll reports for review by finance and participate in Agency audits.

$60,000-$70,000 annually, commensurate with experience

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Ensure that employee payroll is processed accurately and timely
- Enter all new employees are in the system
- Maintain uncashed check list and follow procedures with finance
- Maintain accurate records of all staff data related to salaries
- Manually enter hours for all consultants
- Respond to payroll queries from employees in a timely manner (example: reset passwords, vacation or sick time)
- Set up employees who work multiple departments within the system
- Set up new departments
- Analyze payroll issues and recommend corrective actions
- Enter salary changes, deductions
- Proper filling of personnel documents
- Processing wage garnishments
- Responsible for annual payroll schedule
- Special payroll (example: end of fiscal year, camp staff)
- All other projects assigned by Supervisor
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in ADP and Workforce Now
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business, or a related field required
- Excellent Computer Skills
- High numerical aptitude
- HRIS experience
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
- Payroll Certification
