What You Must Have:
- High school diploma or its equivalent required; Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum of five years of experience in Payroll and multi-state experience required
- Minimum of five years supervisory experience required
- Ability to work with other employees and provide customer focused support for field agencies
- Ability to prioritize work responsibilities efficiently and consistently
- Proficient in HCM, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint with exceptional computer literacy
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
- Experience with tax and acquisitions strongly preferred
- Organized work habits, accuracy, and proven attention to detail, with strong analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

What You Will Do:
- Administer semi-monthly, multi-state payroll process, ensuring timeliness, accuracy and compliance with policy
- Process all day-to-day employee related personnel for multiple agencies, ensuring timeliness, accuracy and compliance with policy
- Provide customer service to employees related to their payroll questions and needs
- Maintain all software updates and system integrity for ADP, HCHB or any other payroll related system
- Research, open and maintain residential payroll tax accounts with states as required by state law for all company codes
- Serves as POC and SME for all ED/BOMs to ensure appropriate payroll training is communicated to appropriate staff members
- Develop and maintain Quality Control reports to ensure minimal errors with employee payments and payroll processing
- Integration of new payroll company codes including completing paperwork, location / employee setup, tax and banking information
- Training via webinar and off site as needed for orientation to new sites or BOM/ED or PCM new hires
- Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information
- Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department
- Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards
- Manages the online requisition system
- Other projects as assigned
- Promote positive, respectful communication to all staff
- Timely submission of all documentation and inquiries
- Conduct all business activities in a professional and ethical manner
- Performance of other duties as required
- Ensure overall compliance with local, state and federal laws, Medicare regulations, and established personnel policies and procedures
