We are looking for a Payroll Manager! Our client in Houston, Texas is seeking a Payroll Manager on a direct-hire basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the data of the global payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of domestic and international payroll by (but not limited to):
- Processing international payroll for 1000-plus employees and expatriates
- Communicating and coordinating with internal payroll professionals (both domestic and international)
- Coordinating with HR and Benefits regarding employee changes
- Auditing all systems and processes
- End of month and end of year reporting and reconciling
- Preparing and validating all journal entries for the company general ledger
Requirements:
- 7-plus years of experience in payroll with strong auditing and accounting skills
- 3-plus years in a managerial or supervisory capacity
- Multistate payroll experience
- Bachelor's degree
- International payroll experience
