Job Summary/Description: Growing pharmaceutical company is expanding their team and looking for a Payroll & Expense Associate to oversee the payroll process and expense reimbursements.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years’ experience with payroll (200 employees)
- Experience processing expenses
Preferred:
- Paylocity experience
- Concur experience
Job Summary/Description: Growing pharmaceutical company is expanding their team and looking for a Payroll & Expense Associate to oversee the payroll process and expense reimbursements.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Processing payroll bi-monthly
- Serve as liaison to employees and 3rd party vendors to ensure payroll is accurate
- Verify compliance with all federal and state payroll requirements
- Expense report processing which includes comparing expenses against company policy, tying to accounts and ensuring accurate disbursement of funds
- Monitor company credit card use – reconcile purchases and transactions monthly
