Responsibilities :
- The Payroll Analyst is responsible for time/personnel data processing for approximately 1500-2500 personnel in cost centers for one or more of the Health System entities
- Duties also include preparing and entering data for payment, correcting pay entries, completing payroll transactions and processing leave accrual adjustments.
- In addition to their regular duties the Administrative Analyst works on special projects assigned by the Manager, Assistant Manager and Director.
- The position may also be responsible for processing payroll for non-hospital funds, such as large research grant, gift funds or 19900 funds, lump sum payments, and salary expense transfers.
- 3+ years of experience as Payroll Coordinator/Assistant
- Intermediate to advanced level in Excel
- MS Office

- PeopleSoft Experience
